Binance in Bulgaria after MiCA: xChange.bg vs Binance
Binance does not appear in ESMA's MiCA register (file of 9 September 2026). It withdrew its Greek application in June 2026, and Euronews and CoinDesk reported that it halted EU registrations and restricted services from 1 July.
